Ingredient
- 1000 gram flour (Hoa Ngọc Lan, Ha Long or Golden Buffalo)
- 550 gram water
- 20 gram sugar
- 4 gram yeast
- Syrup, the quantity depends on how sweet you want your product to be
Tool
- A frying pan
- Rolling machine – a hand baking roller can be used but it is less effective
- A mixer
- A scale
- Dissolve sugar in water.
- Add flour, yeast and the above solution in the bowl and mix at low speed for 7 minutes.
- Rest the dough on the table for 2 hours.
- Roll out the dough with rolling machine then cut it into thin long pieces.
- Deep fry dough pieces in boiling cooking oil until the products get golden colour.
- Let the product cool to room temperature then mix it with syrup for sweeter taste and longer crispiness.
