- 10g Cocoa powder
Tool

- Non-stick baking tray suitable for the air fryer
- Piping bag
- Mixing bowl

- Step 1: Mix the butter mixture
Place the egg white, powdered sugar and salt in a mixing bowl. Mix gently until the sugar begins to dissolve. Add the softened unsalted butter and mix until combined.
- Step 2: Combine the dry ingredients
In a separate bowl, combine the wheat flour, milk powder, cocoa powder, baking soda and baking powder.
- Step 3: Make the cookie dough
Add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture. Mix gently until the dough is evenly combined. Avoid overmixing.
- Step 4: Shape the cookies
Transfer the dough to a piping bag and pipe small cookies onto the non-stick baking tray. Sprinkle or place chocolate chips on top.
- Step 5: Bake the cookies
Preheat the air fryer. Bake at 180°C for 13–15 minutes, until the cookies are cooked and the edges are lightly golden. Allow the cookies to cool on the tray so they can firm up and become crisp before serving.
