4. Job Description:

Sales and Marketing Department of Vimaflour Company is currently looking for members to join our team in Hanoi.

As a Marketing Specialist, you will have the following roles and responsibilities:

  • Organizing marketing events, online training, webinars
  • Improve brand identity
  • Product packaging design
  • Design signage for distributors and bakeries
  • Building marketing gifts.
  • Manage Digital Marketing activities including Vimaflour website and other social channels (like Facebook, Fanpage, Instagram, Youtube, Zalo, etc.) and measure social network’s performance using various tools Analytics tools (Facebook analytics, Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Develop, monitor and analyze to optimize marketing campaigns to achieve set KPIs.
  • Manage and prepare documents for product launches.
  • Plan and execute different types of marketing activities as required by the Head of Department.

5. Requirements on qualifications and working experience:

  • Bachelor of Marketing / Business Administration / Economics / Foreign Languages
  • 3-5 years of experience in the field of marketing and candidates with experience in the field of electronic marketing are preferred.
  • Experience in using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Video editing software.
  • Good English skills.
  • Working attitude ready, proactive and team spirit.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Good communication skills and presentation skills.
  • Creative, proactive, dedicated and with a customer service mindset.
  • Able to work under pressure and flexibly meet assigned tasks.
