Ingredient
- 100 gram flour (SPIII, 3 Blue Roses or Hoa Ngoc Lan)
- 120 gram sugar
- 200 gram egg
- 20 gram water
- 7 gram emulsifier
- 35 gram cooking oil
Tool
- A mixer for cake with a whisk
- A sieve
- An oven
- A scale
- A cake pan
- Mix sugar, egg, emulsifier and water until the sugar dissolves in the solution, then add flour and mix at high speed until the mixture is thickened and shining.
- Put the mixer to low speed, add cooking oil and mix until the mixture is even.
- Pour the mixture in the pan.
- Bake at 200 degree Celsius for 25 to 30 minutes.
