  • A mixer for cake with a whisk
  • A sieve
  • An oven
  • A scale
  • A cake pan
  • Mix sugar, egg, emulsifier and water until the sugar dissolves in the solution, then add flour and mix at high speed until the mixture is thickened and shining.
  • Put the mixer to low speed, add cooking oil and mix until the mixture is even.
  • Pour the mixture in the pan.
  • Bake at 200 degree Celsius for 25 to 30 minutes.
